Recipe for Little Star Pizza's Chicken Wings?

Hi All-

I've always been a fan of Little Star's wings and was wondering if anyone has come up with a recipe that resembles it? It seems that there is a black-pepper based rub, then the wings are roasted, but what else?

Any thoughts?

I don't know but I've been wanting to duplicate them myself. I'm thinking they bake them in the pizza oven (which one would assume is really hot. My other theory is that they might be brined. I would say that garlic powder also is in the rub.
