Bill the Butcher, "Coming Soon" to Edmonds
i jogged by it the other day (I live nearby). Interesting. My friend works for one of their locations. I know some Bill the Butcher Haters though, too. I really don't like to get in the middle of that too much and i can't afford their meat prices on a regular basis, so i will probably just keep jogging by!
But i think it's great Downtown Edmonds is getting more interesting shops to make up for Old Milltown getting torn down. And i can afford Bill's jerky (sooooo good).
i'd never heard of Bill the Butcher until about a month ago when i was in redmond. i bought a
1-rib steak. dry aged, organic, free range, etc. etc. etc. $16.95 a lb. but it was delicious! the
1-rib steak was about 2 lbs, so was 3 days worth of meals for me. the stop in redmond was a quickie stop for me. when they open in edmonds, i will spend more time, to see exactly what is carried.
