Most amazing noodle recipes

I love noodles to a near obsession from pho to chow mein to pad thai to udon to ramen... But I also find Asian food to be extremely intimidating in terms of home cooking. Still I have to stop eating out so much. So I'd like to ask anyone who has an amazing noodles recipe to please share it!
I know noodles aren't a purely Asian food, however I have access to an Asian supermarket and want to experiment with those flavors. Thanks a lot!
This seems like ti might be hard to find, but it's one of my go-to books for Asian-style noodles of all kinds, from Japanese to Thai to Malaysian to Italian and everything in between and then some. She has some recipes that don't require anything you can't get at a neighbourhood grocery store, and then there are some that use the kind of unique and eccentric stuff that you'd find in corners of bottom shelves in your Asian market. I've never made a recipe I didn't like from this book, though they haven't all been grand slams, they've all been good.
Most importantly, read up a bit on your favourite Asian cuisines, find out which cultures often use which ingredients in which combinations, and keep a stock of basic stuff in the fridge. Soy, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar. Lime juice and Thai curry pastes. You'll be surprised at what you can come up with!
