small romantic restaurants in outskirts of SF?

hey there
any suggestions for a small, not overly priced, good value in:
San Bruno
S. SFO
Outer Richmond
Outer Mission
Excelsior
Etc?

    Second both La Ciccia and P'tit Laurent. (Though if your goal re "outskirts" is relatively easy parking, it can be a challenge near the former.)

    Other thoughts: The Richmond, or maybe Firefly.

      Le P'tit Laurent in Glen Park is a lovely cozy little French bistro, if Glen Park counts as "outskirts" to you. It seems to for most San Franciscans.
