Anyone have a recipe for a parve blue cheese dressing or spread. Looking to put on a steak like compound butter.

Walden Farms makes a fairly decent pareve blue cheese dressing. I usually add some tofutti sour cream and salt and pepper because I find it to be a bit too thin and sweet.

not sure if this is what you are looking for, but if u find a recipe that calls for blue cheese, i have seen this at fairways and whole foods before so maybe it will help you out:

im really sorry- should have been clearer. I have seen it in paramus fairways. I have also seen the soyFETA in whole foods near me in Union, NJ, so suspect they might be able to get soyBLEU as well (or may even have it in some locations). maybe you could email them and ask them where they currently carry soyBLEU in NYC?
