Self-Serve AYCE Korean BBQs in Koreatown Los Angeles?

mikifox Oct 28, 2010 10:22 AM

I'm looking for AYCE Korean BBQ - the self serve type where you can go up and get your own portions of meat (no need to order and wait for the waiters to bring it to the table).

Any recommendations for downtown LA's Koreatown?

I'm also looking for recommendations in the SGV/Rowland Heights area too.

I know about Feedable & Sam Han in Rowland Heights. Anywhere else?

    There are actually a couple.

I'd suggest Choeng Wun, on Western, just a bit south of Santa Monica.

944 N Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90029

i don't know if buffetland/secret garden is still around, but if they are, that would be an alternative to choeng wun.

The OP already mentioned, knowing about Feedable.

There are more in OC and Rowland Heights than in K-town.

I've never seen self-service AYCE Korean BBQ. I don't think owners are that stupid, they'd go broke pretty quick.
I like Moodaepo 2 on 7th Street. $16.99/person and they seem to be quick at replenishing the meats.
