Where can I get some good tendon? I have tried it as an appetizer at a Chinese restaurant in Vegas. It was yummy. Would like recs on where to get it here. It doesn't have to be Asian. I would like to try any variety of it.

I had a great tendon dish at The Bristol. I don't know how often it was on the menu, but it was awesome.

What type of food is served there? I will have to google the menu.

It's a gastropub that focuses on locovore ingredients.

Of course, Vietnamese Pho often includes tendon as well.

You can order it in a soup at Tank Vietnamese Restaurant (Pho Xe Tang).

There's a ton of places in Chinatown and Uptown that would serve tendon. I also had a good tendon and tongue dish at San Goo Gab San.
