Caramel ginger chicken
Tonight I made a recipe I pulled from the internet which was a combination of Pham and Joyce Jue.
I know that many of you have written about Pham's recipe. Could someone please print it so that I can try that one. This was was good - no - it was great - but I'm not sure I liked the consistency of the lemon grass in the sauce. I am sure it gave a great flavor - but it was my first time using it and I couldn't get it small enough or softened enough. The dish has terrific complex flavors. Also made wontons and chinese chicken soup - I think I might enjoy it more tomorrow!
