We made a trip to Woodinville, Wa in September and hit a few of the small winerys there. Two of our favorites were Barrage and Pomum. Tonight we are making a seafood paella and opened their 2007 Tinto, which is mostly tempranillo, with some cab sauv etc. Very nice and smooth, the equal or better than almost anything we had in La Rioja. If you get to Woodinville, try Pomum (they fly in the family at harvest to help). Its very nice with a spicy paella.
