Good Ethnic Foods in the Summerlin Area

We will be moving to Summerlin, possibly in the Sun City area, early next year to be near the grandkids. Are there any good Chinese, Mexican, etc. places nearby?

Pin Kaow for Thai. And they deliver.
Frank and Fima's for Mexican. But the really good places are in North Las Vegas.
Summerlin is a Chinese wasteland. Great places near Jones and Spring Mountain. Wendy's Noodle Cafe, Taiwan Deli, China Mama.

Pin Kaow delivers? Good to know...

I live just outside of Summerlin, and Sun City and that area is going to be pretty much an ethnic wasteland. However, you might check out the area around Lake Mead Blvd. between Buffalo and Rainbow...several places there to consider, and its only about a mile or two from Sun City. Create (for Burgers), Pin Kaow as already suggested, and Las Gorditas on Rainbow just north of Lake Mead for good and inexpensive tacos and gorditas (kind of like a chalupa, sort of.....a thick hand-made corn tortillas with similar fillings to a taco...but the tortilla is much thicker). Keep cruising Rainbow south of Lake Mead back over the freeway and you will start running into more taqueria-type places; they seem to come and go. Also, a new Indian restaurant at the corner of Fort Apache and Sahara just opened called Pyaar. I have to laugh; their website calls themselves "the only Indian restaurant in the world." Well, if lack of English makes for good ethnic food, they have to be great! I haven't eaten there yet, but its definitely on the list (probably for this weekend), especially since they have Dhosa and other South Indian specialties on the menu.
