I recall a recent slew of PS restaurants popped up in NYT reviews. One was a locavore-ish, new American spot that looked amazing. They did a nice looking brunch. Anyone know the name? Sorry I don't have more details.

No restaurants in Park Slope serve brunch. Nor in W'burgh, Bushwick, Fort Greene, Bed-Stuy.
Brooklyn hipsters do not do brunch. They do not drink alcoholic beverages before 2 PM, either.
