Anyone know of any stores in Toronto that sell verjus?

i'm assuming you read about this in the Times today. if not, see the following quote that might help you track it down online

Unfortunately, verjuice can be somewhat hard to find. It’s available by mail order, and if you go that route, you might want to try Terra Sonoma or Wölffer Estate, the first a California product, the second from Long Island. Many New York specialty stores sell verjuice. I found Roland, a French product, at Kalustyan’s, and Dean & DeLuca and Formaggio Essex both carry the excellent versions made by the Australian winemaker Maggie Beer, a leader in the modest verjuice revival. Most of them hover around the $20 mark for a 750-milliliter bottle, though the Wölffer Estate is about half that.

Yeah, I read it. I have to make that lamb stew with peaches recipe. Just took a couple of lamb shanks out of the freezer yesterday. Not really interested in mail order from the states though.

The Cookbook store (Yonge, north of Bloor) has it.

Culinarium on Mount Pleasant has a couple of different varieties on the shelves.

Some of the Niagara wineries make the stuff, Southbrook for sure and Hidden Bench I think.

They had it at The Brickworks this past Saturday. I can't recall the producer but it was good, they were handing out samples. That and apple cider.

I'm pretty sure I've seen it at the Wychwood Barns market, though I don't know if they would have it through the winter.
