Where can I find lamb fat?

I'm making special sausages and the recipe call for lamb fat, any idea where I can find some in Los Angeles. Grass fed lamb will be a plus but I guess I can't be picky.

  Jordan market on Westwood Blvd is my stop for lamb kidneys, so I imagine they would have the fat from around the kidneys.
