The Linkery - The Farm and the City
It looks like Jay Porter and the crew are stepping their game up with some changes. Looks like a remodel is forthcoming and some changes to the menu. I just read this latest blog posting (below) and Troy Johnson of Riviera Magazine tweeted about it yesterday.
Here's the blog, BTW:

Personally, I admire the Linkery and several of the other indie chefs/owners trying to offer better food, better dishes in a neighborhood setting (versus, a tourist trap). It's been a great trend in recent years. It took me a while to get on board with some of the foodie philosophies, but I get it, now. Anyway, it should be interesting to see the continued evolution of the Linkery and I know the place is well known among Chowhounders.

I'll be somewhat sad to see them become less sausagey, but in truth I usually order something else (though 50% of the time the kids have opted for sausages). As long as they still have the grassfed burgers as a "kids" choice, I think nobody will get hurt. The bacon (especially the bacon that comes with the lardo ICS) better not be going anywhere. Could cause a riot.
The weekly vs daily menu rotation wouldn't affect us since we usually eat there once a week max so we won't notice the difference (plus there's always ETIE, which I'm growing to love). Actually it might make it better for us, because checking the menu a day in advance always makes me drool over something that turns out to be gone by the time we're there.
