Does anyone have an idea of where its possible to buy black linguine in dc? I really want to try a new recipe out for Halloween but the odds of finding black linguine aren't looking good.

Any ideas??

Thank you!

  1. Corucopia in Bethesda

    1. Dean & Deluca has 8.8 oz. boxes for $11.

      1. Whole Foods usually has some spinach-based pastas that are dark green/black, so if all you're going for is color for a Halloween theme, they might be acceptable.

        1. Did you try Vace?

I know it's a hike but they sell it fairly cheap at Trinacria in Baltimore if you don't want to spend 20 bucks on a pound of dried pasta.

          1. The pasta stand at Eastern Market usually has it.

yes, but call the Canales ahead to be sure, they can do special orders with enough notice. a coupla days should be enough
