One of my favorite seasonal items!

Already seeing them around town on restaurant menus:

Craigie on Main added them to the tasting menu last night (delicious) and Island Creek Oyster Bar has them as a ceviche on the raw bar menu (okay) and as part of a lobster pasta dish (didn't have).

In the past, I've had great cape scallop crudos at both B&G Oysters and Neptune Oyster, but haven't been by either in the last week.
