Bibimbap in Westminster

I've heard lots about where to get the best pho or Vietnamese sandwiches in that area, but can you recommend any places for good bibimbap? I love a place up in Torrance, but it is a bit of a drive.

You need to head for Garden Grove. Westminster doesn't have much in the way of a Korean-American population. My recommendation would be Jang Mo Gip on GG Blvd., but honestly at least half the places in the food court at H-Mart on GG Blvd/Magnolia make it, most in a dolsot, and most at least better than average.

Is that the same as Jang Mo Jip? I went there for sul lung tang, but I'll have to return to see if they had bimimbap.

That's the one. In Korean it's more like a soft "chip", so it lends itself to a lot of transliterations. There's also one in Buena Park, 4546 Beach, on the corner of Malvern.
