Altitude Bakery on Queen East near Greenwood has them. Not exactly like my grandpa would make but pretty darn close.

Le Papillon makes a great Tourtiere, but its eat-in only. They change their menu seasonally, so check their website to ensure its on their winter menu.

We really like the tortiere at Sophie's at Queen & Logan. Not sure if you can order to go or not, but it's delicious.

if your in the west Ma Maison at dundas and royal york used to make good ones, but call first they don't always make them

Summerhill Market has tourtieres. St. John's Bakery used to make fantastic ones that I would buy at Fresh From the Farm, but FFtF hasn't had them in a couple of years, so I don't know if St. John's still make them.

Check the Distillery District - A Taste of Quebec sometimes brings tourtiere in from Quebec. Excellent and authentic but not necessarily cheap.
