Can anyone comment on the quality of the pizzas at Julian's Brick Oven Pizza from either the Monroe of the Bridgeport locations?

Absoluely love the Monroe pizza, and I'm a New Haven native who swears by Sally's.

That said, I do not find that it travels well, we eat in the restaurant. Love theri New Haven Apizza, with sauce and grated Romano cheese, as well as more American pies made with mozzarella.

They do serve slices, and have great lunch specials including stromboli.

Their Eggplant Parm grinders are great.

Haven't eaten there since Friday Lunch................

Will be taking my nephew and his kids there for pizza Sunday.

I consider it the best in the area (I live in Trumbull) and would rather eat at Julian than Pepe's in Fairfield. If I'm goint to drive more than 10 minutes, I'll go to Papa's in Milford, or Sally's in New Haven.
    Their salads are very ordinary.

we like it a lot - I think B'port is a touch better, but go with Monroe if dining in

We love the Westport location for takeout, luckily live a stone's throw away so travel not an issue.

I haven't found any of there entrees or salads to be any good but I think the pizza is easily the best in Westport, although there's not much competition. I think it's a little worse than Pepe's but barely.
