Greenview Thai - New Delivery Favorite in WLA

I am now a complete convert to Greenview Thai. According to their website they have been open since 1975. Now that's saying something in this town. Really good BBQ Pork fried rice. My wife even liked her chicken (chunks not ground chicken) with mint leaves, and that's saying something. I tried one of their rice bowls (what they are calling fried Hainam chicken) and it was also very tasty. We have tried so many Thai places in our local area for delivery and this place is the clear winner. If you are ever in the mood for excellent BBQ pork fried rice this is your place. I aim on trying some other dishes over the coming months and will report back on what I find.

  1. We have eaten at Greenview a couple of times and agree that the food is good. However, the restaurant interior is grubby and shows lack of housekeeping - mentioned this the first time we went but it was not remedied on the second visit so we have not returned.

We haven't set foot inside. We've only had delivery twice to date. But every once in a while we like to stay in on Friday night and have Thai food and catch up on the DVR TV shows. After trying at least a half a dozen different Thai places in and around WLA we have found a winner in Greenview. Probably we will never go eat AT the restaurant.

    2. I think it's pretty lackluster. But I'm sure I'll try it again sometime.
