oysters, and lots of 'em
So: I go to Dennis's Seafood soon after the oil spill and, not knowing the future, load up on containers of raw oysters, with separate smaller ones filled with oyster liquor. I know I need to cook them soon, or at least I presume that I do, yet I'm paralyzed with the myriad things I can do with all this bounty. Any suggestions other than frying them, making oyster artichoke soup, etc.? And please educate on the proper way/time to add the liquor.
