Any great food trucks in the Fairfield Country area and why so few?

I know the one in Stamford across from the naked club and they are so nice and great but why so few? I met a new one in Bridgeport that parks at Food Basics parking lot, VERY CLEAN and great food. I heard Stamford is so tough to get them but we need more!!!!!
