Long see Paris....

I am back for a week after a 4 yr absence. I need 6 nights of dinners and I am trying to keep it at
250 euro per night all in with a drink and a bottle of wine.

So far I have Restaurant Frenchie.........where else to go? Any cuisine will do. We are both in the restaurant industry so we open as long as the quality is good.

Thanks in advance

  1. I'm the wrong one to help you because I think eating six 250 Euro meals in a row is insane on many levels...most practically because the first would deaden your senses to the last five experiences. At least consider lunches. As someone in the business, you'd do well to try good food at many levels as you can always work good new ideas into your menus. My reluctant comment should at least pop your question back to the top, where, hopefully, someone with more tolerance for your approach will help you out. Anyway, I wish I was going back to Paris. Good luck to you!

You could practically eat 6 times at Frenchie's for €250.

I probably am insane on several levels and am definitely a glutton, so I don't have a problem with your premise. I can second every one of Nancy's recommendations and add a few more if one of her spots falls through...Jean, Chez Dumonet, Violon d'Ingres, Bistro d'a cote Flaubert...Is the €250 for each person or as I suspect for two?

hychka's suggestion to try good food at different levels is excellent and Nancy's list does that, as Frenchie and la Regalade are on another level than Agapé and Passage 53, and Spring and Saturne are again different.

Above all do what fits your style and have fun.

Hychka- You have a very valid point.

      2. If I were you, I would add Spring, Passage 53, Saturne, L'Agape and La Regalade St. Honore, but that's just what I like.
