Can you explain them to me. My cousin lives in Dallas and swears by Mia's brisket tacos with gravy on the side. Is it just shredded brisket with regular juices or what. TIA

Not sure if they're exactly like the ones in Texas, but the brisket tacos at Exchange Street Bistro were pretty good. Very tender meat & lots of it.

Don't know a place for tacos, but you can get a brisket burrito at Blue Ribbon. Lately they are my preferred burrito joint.

This is not exactly what you are looking for, but Blue Ribbon Barbecue has a great Burnt Ends burrito.

And even further from what you are looking for are the Short Rib Tacos at Myers + Chang. However, there is enough similarity that you might enjoy them anyway. Otherwise, I concur with the suggestion to go to Blue Ribbon BBQ --- their beef brisket is my favorite.

FireboxBBQ on Rts.4 and 225 in Bedford has brisket tacos.....diced smoked brisket (no sauce) topped with cilantro and onions, with fresh lime slices if you wish to top with lime juice.

this sounds more like it. Diced brisket, not shredded?
