Porky porky ramen cravings! Help!
Is there any place in boston (or surrounding) to find the uber-porky tonkotsu broth style ramen like you can find at Daikokuya / Santouka in LA? I''ve been to Ken's a few times and while delicous, its just not as rich. I can't fly to LA at the drop of a hat, but i NEED this soup! Help!

Oohhh any updates on this? Just got back from Toronto and had some amazing Tonkotsu ramen there at Kenzo Ramen...so rich and creamy and porky flavored and the meat was juicy and fatty and the egg was so yummy my bf and I each ordered 2 extra halves! LOL
Hoping Sapporo today at Porter Square will be somewhat as good...I find Pikkaichi's ramen to be ehhh, the soups okay but nothing amazing...

I'm liking the ramen at Sapporo Ramen in the Porter Exchange these days. They claim the chicken based broth is cooked for 10+ hours and it's rich and slightly gelatinous. The regular ramen has a few slices of pork, the miso does not. And they are using a very nice noodle these days -- chewy and toothsome. No, it's not the best, but I suggest you try it before you buy a ticket to LA.
