Don't Shoot me ... Looking for "Greek-Style" Pan Pizza in Charlotte

Ok - I know there aren't a lot of requests for this type of pizza but I've got a craving. . .

Grew up in S. CT where there were two kinds of pizza; Italian (thin crust) and Greek (in a pan but not deep dish)

Just wondering if anyone knows of anyone that does old-school Greek pizza (cut into squares!) in Charlotte - I make my own thin crust so I'm all set there.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Its on my list of places to try, and I haven't made it there yet, but you might want to try Open Kitchen, on West Morehead Street near B of A Stadium. Its an old school, greek-owned place, so I think there is a good chance they may have what you're looking for, or could make it for you.

I thought of the Open Kitchen right away too. This place takes its lumps but it's kind of fun to go occasionally. I love their Greek Salad pizza.

Will definitely check it out - they're a good customer to boot. My wife thinks I'm crazy - my daughter can't wait. Thanks for the info!
