So I need to make more chorizo. Mexican style chorizo. Anyone got a good recipe?? Mine if quite good but it's not awesome.
How do you make yours? I marinate ground shoulder with ground ancho, pasillas, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, garlic, oregano and cider vinegar. I'll also add a little ground habanero if I want it extra spicy.
