Sugar skulls

Has anyone ever seen pre-made sugar skulls (as in Day of the Dead) sold in the Boston area? I realize they're not meant to be eaten, but wondered if they might be the kind of thing sold in a Latin American grocery store.

Nomad in Cambridge (on Mass Ave between Harvard & Porter) sells them. Not a food store, but they're very much into Dia de los Muertos stuff. http://www.nomadcambridge.com/dod.htm

Also folks from Nomad are leading a kid's workshop on decorating sugar skulls at the Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center (near Lechmere.) http://www.cmacusa.org/
