Empire chicken nuggets--4 lb packs

Last spring Costco used to sell 4 lb packages of Empire chicken nuggets--not only convenient, but also worked out to about half the price (per lb) than other brands and smaller packages. I have not seen them for the past few months. I know Costco rotates items they carry, but I was wondering if any other store in the NY area, or a wholesaler open to the public, carries the large bags.

We were at a Costco in Maryland this afternoon and it had MealMart chicken nuggets in large packages.

Hmmm...maybe they were MealMart? I thought they were Empire, but maybe not. Could the large bags be coming back?

Uh oh, did they disappear from all Costco's? We were looking for the Meal Mart nuggets in Nanuet last weekend and did not find them. I figured they were just OOS or had reduced their stock because they had a freezer out of order. My daughter was NOT happy (especially since my wife and I finished the last ones we had figuring we were going to Costco over the weekend). I have not seen the Empire 4 pound bags at any of the warehouse clubs in a long time. I don't know if it was Empire's fault or what, but my local BJ's used to carry them, as did a Sam's in the area, and then they stopped.

Interesting. Have they had them before? I have not seen the Empire nuggets at Costco in a long time.

I have not seen these bags in seemingly forever. Sorry! Sometimes if you ask at Costco 9and fill out the request form) you can get them to bring in or back a product. Good luck!

the Empire frozen Turkeys also disappeared from Costco. I hope they bring them back before Thanksgiving
