I will be in Boston for business until next Monday. My hotel is in Danvers.
Anything amazing to try for breakfast or lunch in this area? Something traditional or local? I don't eat much seafood.
Driving for 30 minutes is ok. More if the experience is "can't miss."
I apologize for not stating my location more exactly. I am not familiar with the area.
Get up early and drive down to Marblehead, find your way to Front street and find the Driftwood restaurant. Great hole in the wall kind of place right on the water. After breakfast, stroll around old town. At this time of year, a great night activity would be to drive to downtown Salem and walk around. October in Salem is a very special time.
