Has any one ate at Rasoi in Marda Loop? I was given a gift certificate for this restaurant.

I hate the search feature in Chowhound - I can never find anything. If there is a link to earlier thread on this topic please post!

I assume it was the $50 coupon for $25 offer? I did the same thing and bought the coupons to try out the place and I have to say it was very good. However, only because of the coupon value. If I had to pay full price I would say that it's a bit overpriced for what you get.

I don't know what the $50 coupon means. I have a $75 gift certificate. I hope that's enough for dinner for 2!

That should be enough unless you have drinks too.

Groupon was having a sale a few months ago that you could buy a $50 gift certificate for $25, that's what I was referring to.

I'm ashamed to say that I've never eaten in their dining room, but the fish pakoras they were selling at Marda Gras were just devastatingly good, best fish pakora I've ever had- I ate three orders!
