Food Trucks?

If you were going to hire a food truck for a party of about 40 people, which one would you hire. I do not have a preference of type of food as long as it is yummy and most people will like it. I do not have the time to go out and try them and I want to hire one because it seems like a fun and reasonable way to do a party. Any suggestions?

  1. The Manila Machine would be a fun one I think. Their version of Filipino food is accessible enough to most but still different and "exotic" enough to many people since Filipino food doesn't get a lot of exposure. Their quality and variety is good. Items are easy to eat without making a mess.

    1. I would not recommend the Border Grill. Too few employees behind the counter. Food is good but a disorganized mess. Lots of folks waiting in a long line waiting to be served small portions of cute food. Just a bit too precious. Glad I wasn't paying. Even after the orders were placed, it seemed to take forever for our food to be called. Some guests didn't even bother to stand in line and just ate the chips and dips on the tables.

          1. We just hired the Patty Wagon burger truck for a party of about 40 and everyone loved them. They were easy to work with, too.
