Thin Egg Noodles? Where in Chinatown?

I'm in search of good pan fried thin egg noodles in Chinatown. Essentially the pan fried version (dry) of what comes in a Hong Kong style noodle soup. Any ideas? Also what should I be asking for when ordering at a place where little english is spoken?

Ideally, I want the best plate of al dente, thin pan fried egg noodles with roast pork in Chinatown.

Ideas?

Much to my surprise, I had great roast pork noodle soup at Yee Li a couple weeks ago, although the broth was somewhat thin.
