Yossi Steak

I used to order from something called a Yossi Steak from Fresh Direct. It was a Rubashkin product I believe named after Yossi Rubashkin.

This was the most delicious kosher steak I've ever tasted. (ok, I've been to Prime Grill, and their steak is probably better, but the Yossi steak you could cook at home).

The problem is that its no longer available AFAIK. Also, I have no idea what cut of beef it was to ask my local butcher.

Anyone out there know what cut of the Yossi Steak was?

    Can you describe it?

It was well marbled with long thin interwoven strips of fat. It was boneless, and cut almost square. Each steak was around 6" x 8" x 3/4".
