best under 10 $ - vegetarian version

i've noticed a few threads about the best cheap food in nyc (under 10 $), and I want to make a specifically vegetarian thread! I'll start with some of my favorites...

truffled egg toast at 'ino
pho chay at pho pasteur
eggs shakshouka at mimi's hummus
falafel at taim
grilled gruyere at 'wichcraft
eggplant with spicy garlic sauce at lan sheng

what about you?

Rojak has belacan (shrimp paste) in it, typically, so it won't count as vegetarian for many people.

Was going to post the same thing. Really doesn't get any better. An amazing plate for $4.
