Best restaurants in New York

As a former New Yorker, I will be in NYC for three nights. Where are the BEST places to eat dinner.Neighborhood doesn't matter, and I don't care if it's a dive or very pricey. Only snafu: we don't eat red meat. Thanks for suggestions.

EMP, Momofuku Ko, Bouley and Per Se are my favorites.

Bouley is the dirtiest kitchen in NYC

They have an "A" grade as of the most recent health dept visit...

True. But 1) Less than a year ago, it had many more violations. See http://a816-restaurantinspection.nyc.... 3) Its current violation score of 13 makes it just barely qualifying for a grade of A. The cutoff between A and B is 13. Again, last November it had the equivalent of a C grade.

that's far from the dirtiest kitchen in NYC though. and 1) you are not eating there less than a year ago, or last november, but now.

Taos:

The 43 was a grade given not to Bouley, but to the Market which has closed.

I've just checked the website for restaurant inspections. While Bouley received a 13, Daniel received a 15 (dirtier).
