Uncooked flour tortillas

I have been hearing some buzz about uncooked flour tortillas. Supposedly carried at Costco (but I'm not a member) and good for moo-shi and Peking duck pancakes. Anyone know where they can be found? I tried H-mart and a few grocery stores with no luck. All the flour tortillas I found are already cooked.

I've bought mu shu pancakes at various Asian markets, always frozen. Last couple times at the market in Littleton. They're thinner than tortillas.

In what form are these sold? Frozen?

        Refrigerated, I believe.
