    Really wishing they had more legitimate judges on the episode... but still a good watch!

      Looking forward to it! I believe Brad Spence from Amis is assisting Marc, from talking w/Brad's aunt a couple weeks ago. I was kind of hoping for a "Philly smackdown" match between Vetri and Garces, or a good Italian deathmatch (Batali vs. Vetri), but oh well. Should still be very interesting.

        There's going to be a Philly Smackdown match in the future, they taped a Garces vs. Zahav's Michael Solomonov battle a while back.
