Bicycle closed quite a while back. The chef opened a new place, which was inexplicably shuttered after just a few weeks. No idea what he's doing now.
If you're looking for similar dining experiences (and I would argue better) in the same neighborhood, try Corks on Charles street or Bluegrass Tavern on Hanover and Fort.

Thanks for the info. No special interest in the neighborhood (staying at the Renaissance Inner Harbor). Just asked about Bicycle because we enjoyed it in the past. Kali's Mezza and The Helmand have been good to us, too.

The best meal I've had at a reasonable price in recent memory in the vicinity of downtown was at B&O American Brasserie. It's not far from you, and is doing some fantastic things. Highly recommended.
