charcuterie in MD or NOVA

I'm looking for a place where I can buy charcuterie directly. Is there anyone in the MD/DC/NOVA area I can call directly who makes their own?

There are a handful of folks. Stachowski Brand Charcuterie, Simply Sausage, and Red Apron Charcuterie are some of my favorites. All three you can get at various farmers markets around the area.

Check out Meat Crafters at the Bethesda Central Farm Market. I sampled some of their prosciutto, sausage and duck breast and it was amazing.
