Thanksgiving Dinner Out

  • 3

I am looking for some recommendations of where to have Thanksgiving dinner in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area. Looking for a nice ambiance, great traditional Thanksgiving food and a place that would be appropriate for a group of adults and seniors. I have no idea of places in the area so would be very grateful for any and all suggestions.

Thank you.

  1. My family and I used to enjoy Christmas dinner at T. Cook's. It's gotten to difficult to get my parents out like that so we haven't gone in a few years but I'm assuming they still do a really nice job with holiday meals. My parents have always loved the room, the meal, the service, the food as has everyone else in the family.

    1. The Farm at South Mountain is doing Thanksgiving dinner out on the lawn under their 200-year old pecan trees. I think it will be buffet style, but as it will be BYO, you don't have to skimp on the wines. There are also a few seatings inside at Quiessence, same property. You really can't quibble about the setting or quality of food there. It would be beautiful and memorable for all. Link --

I just checked with McCormick and Schmick in Scottsdale and they will be open and offer the full menu and an optional turkey dinner. They said the Phoenix location will also be serving that day.
