Where can I find cheese souffles in Chicago?

I've been googling for a while now but can't seem to find any restaurants in Chicago that have cheese souffles on their menus - grand mariner and chocolate souffles yes, but no cheese souffles!? The only place that seemed to have this was Brasserie Ruhlmann, but unfortunately that place is now closed. Does anyone know a place that serves this or ami I just SOL, even in a city as big as Chicago? Thanks!

I would try some of the more traditional French places...if there are any left.

Also, if you can cook...cheese souffles are a snap to make.
