Taiwanese steak in Toronto

I have been craving Taiwanese style steak (usually served on a hot plate with noodles, veggies, and a raw egg). But can't seem to find a restaurant that serves it. Does anyone know of a restaurant in the GTA (Toronto, Mississauga, North York, etc.) that serves it?
Or at least a recipe for it so I can make it at home?

Thinking of My Home Steak? I miss Taiwanese food too (I used to live there). I found a restaurant called Taipei Pai Gu Fan in Metro Square Plaza (Warden and Steeles) that does decent Taiwanese but I doubt they have steak.
