Private room for dinner for ~30 people on Westside
I'm looking for a private room on the Westside (Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Brentwood, West LA) or possibly Beverly Hills. The event will be for about 35 people and I would like it to be private. While I'd like to keep it somewhat reasonably priced, I am willing to spend in the $70 to $120 per person range (all in - drinks, tax, & gratuity). Any ideas would be very much appreciated!

You might also consider Tanino in Westwood, which has an upstairs room and very good food and Via Alloro in Beverly Hills, which will give you the back patio.
I don't know if it would work for your group, but recently my groups have held "bring a bottle of good wine with you" events. For larger groups like yours, the restaurants waive the corkage and provide appetizers before dinner while guests visit. Then the cost of the dinner is very reasonable. And it's fun to either try different wines, or not drink at all if someone's not a drinker.
