Organic + Upscale in LA - any Eastside restaurants

Hi anyone,
I'm looking for UPSCALE restaurants that are also ORGANIC and serve meat on the East Side of LA - Los Feliz, Silverlake, Atawater, Hollywood, maybe Downtown?

Any good suggestions? Am trying to compile a list.

I know Reservoir is somewhat organic, uses local ingredients. Please let me know of others.

In Glendale, Palate Food + Wine is incredible. Or is that too east?

Yes, am looking for definitely upscale restaurants to take someone to. If they serve some organic but not necessarily all organic, that works too. Just having trouble finding upscale on the East Side.
