Restaurants in Jerez?

I'll be in Jerez for a week on business with the sherry industry. I have a free saturday, sunday and monday day. Looking for suggestions for food ( or anything else).

I'm a bigtime foodie. Looking for local deicacies, quality, places with folks to hang out with etc...

Two years ago, we spent couple of days in Jerez. Had good tapas at Los Botas and Las Bridas. A good traditional meal at Bodega Adana. Many places are closed Sundays, especially in the evenings.
