Scotch/Whiskey Tasting in Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge

My sister-in-law was telling us that she'd like to learn more about Scotch. I thought it would be a good Christmas gift to get her into a Scotch or whiskey tasting in her neighbourhood. She lives in Kitchener. I wasn't able to find anything current that would work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
