I'm having dinner with a few friends. Anywhere from 50th-80th area would be fine. Looking for something on the cheaper side (entrees less than $20) Any type of Asian or even other cuisines if it meets our price range will be fine. Thanks in advance.

Haru is over the budget and imho, is not very good.
