Classic Breakfast on Strip

Scott M Oct 11, 2010 12:06 PM

Can anyone recommend a place that does classic american breakfast on the strip. I am NOT interested in a buffet. I would like a place that offers a great standard fare of eggs, hash browns, bacon, ham, pancakes, etc. that is clean, friendly and well executed.

What are your favorites?

You should consider the Peppermill. It is right on the Strip and offers all the standard fare plus has a very eclectic setting.

+1 for the Peppermill. Great breakfasts, but huge servings (just a caution). Also they make a great bloody mary.

The strip is miles long, how far do you want to go for breakfast? Or better yet, on what end of the strip are you staying?

Ideally between the Bellagio and the Fashion Mall area of the strip. I think the Peppermill is too far North from this area.

Downtown Binions has the best breakfast of good ol' American fare and they have the $4.99 ham and eggs with hash browns, toast and coffee...the ham takes up the whole plate..haven't been in awhile but its 5 minutes from the strip.
Bouchon at the Venetian is excellent and a great place for breakfast...French, but damn good!
Country Club at the Wynn is one of my fave's..but it might be only brunch on the weekends.
Peppermill is a classic and in a 'I gotta eat moment' at 2am we had a decent breakfast at Harrah's on the strip.
