What to do with Crema Casera?

I got a container of crema casera to make rajas (highly recommended if you haven't had them - think creamed spinach but with roasted poblanos). But now I have 1/2 a container of crema casera looking for a home in someone's digestive tract. I went looking for recipes and all I find online so far is enchiladas suizas. Any suggestions?
